North star

Gravity Binary is a personal lab for answering a hard question: How far can one engineer push code at scale, safely?

The work explores infrastructure where source is treated as a graph, and where AI agents guided by algorithms can understand, validate, and eventually transform large systems. The target is the same class of problems as “1 engineer, 1 month, 1 million lines of code.”

Azure provides the substrate — Container Apps, ACR, identity, and DNS — while Gravity Binary supplies the capsules that model the tools needed to retire technical debt at scale, not just patch it.

Capsule architecture

Selected capsules for code-at-scale reasoning:

• Registry capsule: Tracks services, artifacts, and relationships as a symbolic graph rather than a flat list, setting the stage for graph-based analysis.
• Validator capsule: Runs consequence-aware checks across modules and configurations, built to avoid naive automation on large, tightly-coupled systems.
• Wallet capsule: Manages configuration, identity, and execution context for AI and algorithmic agents operating across environments.
• Shield capsule: Encodes invariants and guardrails for when mutation is proposed across broad surfaces of code or infrastructure.

Each capsule is deployed as an Azure Container App with explicit ingress, identity, and observability. The emphasis is on composable infrastructure over one-off tools.
